"Mia Cucina” which literally means My Kitchen, is an Italian Bistro offering a casual dining experience with fine quality food and excellent service. The place is ideal to hang out with friends, grab a quick bite or even catch up over a business meeting. Meals will be served from noon to midnight.

"Mia Cucina" envelopes you with the aroma from Italy with a slight concoction of herbs,the unbeatable combination of sauces with vegetables or choice of meat cooked in a healthy way. The best way to dine at “Mia Cucina”– my kitchen is to feel at home, relaxed and content.

"Mia Cucina will offer an interesting spread from salads to stone baked pizzas, home made pastas, meats braised in signature wines and char-grilled fish. Attention has been given on quality ingredients and homemade products such as breads, pastas, cheese and desserts. Chef Sanjay feels, “that the customers will not only satisfy their taste buds but also gorge because of the quality food served”.

The interiors have been done up using natural materials. Teak wood has been used for flooring, walls will have Italian stucco,an actual exposed brick wall and rustic brass light fittings will provide rustic Italian experience.Some of the contributions from the very Italian menu are insalata gorgonzola, pizza Quattro formaggio, ziti al forno,zucchini ripiene, pollo alla griglia, tonno fresco al pomodori and Italian sodas to go along with it.

A good balanced Italian meal is best eaten in courses. Begin your tour with the antipasti – the appetizers, which stimulate your senses, wake up your appetite to the feast ahead of you. Try with the primo piatto – the first course, handmade fresh pastas or gnocchi. One can also opt for a zuppa – soup, from an array of flavour-filled broths. The secondo piatto – main course includes, vegetables or meats and is best accompanied with home baked warm breads and wine. Conclude your meal with a sweet and top it off with espresso or cappuccino.
